Terms of service

These terms govern your use of TableTalksEU, operated by DLM Digital in Den Haag. They are split into terms for creators, terms for restaurants and general terms that apply to everyone. Dutch law applies and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction. While the platform is in its waitlist phase, joining the waitlist places no obligation on you beyond receiving our launch email.

1. Creator terms

  • Joining is free. Creators never pay a fee, and there is no subscription.
  • You earn €3 per verified redemption on your public link, €50 per licensed asset for a 6-month licence, and €35 per boosted post.
  • For every tasting you attend, you agree to post at least 1 Reel or TikTok plus 2 Stories within 7 days, with the venue tagged and clear ad disclosure.
  • No-show policy: one no-show lowers your selection priority; two within 6 months suspends your account.
  • You keep ownership of your content. If a brand licenses it, through us or directly, that licence is a separate agreement.
  • Raise any dispute through the app or at support@tabletalkseu.com within 7 days of the redemption in question.

2. Restaurant terms

  • Packages are paid once, up front, and bundle a fixed number of tastings and credits.
  • One credit equals one verified dine-in visit. A credit is reserved when a guest claims a voucher and spent when your staff verify it at the door. Tastings never consume credits.
  • Your wallet can never go negative. When available credits reach zero, offers pause, but already-claimed vouchers always stay redeemable.
  • Unused, unreserved credits are refundable pro rata within 14 days of purchase. Spent or reserved credits are not refundable.
  • Credits stay valid until the package end date plus 30 days of grace, and roll over in full if you renew before expiry.
  • You may reuse content from your tastings in your own marketing under a perpetual, royalty-free licence granted by the creators.
  • Boost is a separate product. Its impressions are targets, not guarantees, and it never consumes credits.

3. General terms

  • Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, except in cases of death, personal injury or fraud.
  • You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, including intellectual property infringement and defamation.
  • We may change these terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
  • If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the terms stay in force.
  • These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes are subject to the Dutch courts.
