How does the credit system work?
One credit equals one verified dine-in visit. When a guest claims a voucher, a credit is reserved. When your staff verify the QR at the door, it is spent. Tastings never cost credits; they are included in your package.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your offers pause and guests see a fully claimed message, never an error. Already-claimed vouchers always stay redeemable. You get a warning at 25% of your credits left and again at your last 3, and a top-up switches everything back on instantly. Your wallet can never go negative.
How do I pick creators?
Creators apply to each tasting. You select 4 to 8 per table, sorted by follower count, past visits driven and content quality. No-shows lose selection priority, and two no-shows within 6 months mean suspension.
Who owns the content?
You can reuse every piece from your tastings in your own marketing under a perpetual licence. Creators post at least 1 Reel or TikTok plus 2 Stories per tasting, within 7 days, with ad disclosure.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits stay valid until your package end date plus 30 days of grace. If you renew before expiry, unused credits roll over in full into the new term.
Can I cancel?
Unused, unreserved credits are refundable pro rata within 14 days of purchase. Credits that are spent or reserved for claimed vouchers are not refundable.
Is Boost included in my package?
No, Boost is a separate product with its own pricing, and it never consumes credits. You pick the posts, we run the campaigns and report impressions, clicks and views.
